Does TherapyNotes integrate with QuickBooks?

As of October 15, 2026, we couldn't find a QuickBooks integration in TherapyNotes' help center. It offers billing and revenue reports with spreadsheet export. Remitra keeps a full general ledger and can also export to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or CSV.

Does TherapyNotes post ERAs automatically?

TherapyNotes describes its ERA posting as assisted: it reads the ERA and suggests postings that you review and accept. In Remitra, ERAs are posted line by line with the reason for anything unpaid, and the payment flows into your books.

Is Remitra more expensive than TherapyNotes?

TherapyNotes charges per clinician plus per-claim, per-ERA, and per-eligibility fees. Remitra has no per-user fees and quotes on the demo call, so the comparison depends on your practice's size and whether you want us to do the billing.
