Which option you pick
Software is the tools only. Billing adds our team sending claims and chasing denials. Billing + Books adds the bookkeeping and a monthly close.

A solo therapist seeing 25 clients a week and a group billing 600 sessions a month need different amounts of work, especially when we do the billing.

Everything is billed monthly in US dollars. Pay for a year of the software up front and you get a discount.

Why isn't there a price on this page?
Remitra is in private preview and working with a small group of practices. The right price depends on which option you choose and how much you bill each month, so we give you an exact number on a 30-minute demo call rather than a range that might not fit.
Do you charge per clinician or per user?
No. Every option includes as many users and locations as you need. Adding a clinician or a front-desk person doesn't add a seat fee.
Is setup included?
Yes. In every option, we set Remitra up for your practice and move your data over from your current system.
Do I still need QuickBooks or an accountant?
Remitra keeps a full set of books (general ledger, bank matching, income statement and balance sheet) and can export to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or CSV if your accountant prefers their own system. With Billing + Books, we keep the books and close each month for you. You'll still want an accountant for taxes.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. There's a discount when you pay for a year of the software subscription up front.
What's the difference between Billing and Billing + Books?
With Billing, we send your claims, record what insurance paid, chase denials, and handle client bills and payment plans. With Billing + Books, we also keep your books, match them to your bank, close out each month, prepare your reports, and meet with you monthly to walk through the numbers.
